Highbank Resources to change symbol to HBK and move back to Tier 2

Highbank Resources Ltd. has met the requirements to be listed as a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 company. Therefore, effective at market open on May 10, 2005, the company's listing will transfer from the NEX to the TSX Venture Exchange and the company's filing and service office will change from NEX to Vancouver.

Effective at the opening, May 10, 2005, the trading symbol for the company will change from HBK.H to HBK.
